Return products within 60 days of receipt if not 100% satisfied. Contact support@levergear.com for return requests. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, but return shipping is free. Personalized products are not eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee. Products purchased through other websites or stores are subject to the return policies of those stores. Email support@levergear.com with the subject line "return" to request a refund or replacement. Include a picture if the product is defective. Acknowledge the request via email and provide a postage-paid shipping label. Return products in the condition received with packaging materials included.
